There is no limit to how many people can get into affiliate marketing that is one of the reasons I started in the online business myself. Second, there is never a boss around looking over your shoulder telling you what to do or how to do it.
Well, to be honest, the benefits outweigh the negatives in my book that and to give you a complete list would take me some time to get them all down here on this page.
Working at home running my own online business is something that always intrigued me too bad I never got started earlier. The time I wasted prior to beginning could have seriously made it possible for me to retire years ago.

What Do I Have To Do?
Traditional Affiliate Marketing is done by writing product/service reviews that contain the product/service features, uses, case studies, ratings, and your personal opinions of them.
Product/service review posts can account for massive earnings if you select the proper ones to write a review about that is where keyword research comes in for creating content for your website.
You can use affiliate banners on your website to promote other products/services but know that overusing these will cause an audience to leave your website if it becomes a banner blindness model.
It is best to always rotate the advertisements but even a better technique that I have found is to place them appropriately not to cause this type of effect. Using only a few key advertisements such as banners can mean more commissions.
Affiliate links can be attached to keywords in your content doing this manually is always better than trying to use a plugin letting it take over making your article look messy plus adding too many.
Controlling the number of affiliate links you use per page is important this can affect how Google and the other major search engines view your content. Another point is this can be bad for ranking your content as well.
I must apologize if I made this seem more difficult than it really is. Getting carried away when I discuss affiliate marketing is just part of what happens considering this is what I do every day.
Simply put you are going to need to set up a website, select a niche, write content, keep writing content, add it to the website, and wait for the search engines to find it. This is the hard part waiting for the search engines LOL
